Minnesota Floor Sanding & Installation

Joe installed flooring in our basement bathroom that had a cement floor. It looks great! He also installed flooring in our front entry that was in bad condition. He made it look perfect! If I had done it myself, I would have done it wrong. Appreciate his expertise and years of experience that knew how to accomplish both our projects. We love the results!

Amazing company to work with! We absolutely love our new flooring and trim. The quality and attention to detail are incredible, and the whole process was so easy from start to finish. Joe explained the whole process, made perfect recommendations for our family, gave us great resources to go through for the products and could not have made it easier for us! Everyone was friendly, professional, flexible and easy to work with. We couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Also, prices are fair and very reasonable! Highly recommend! Thank you Joe! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I cannot say enough good things about Joe and Minnesota Floor Sanding and Installation! From our very first conversation, Joe was incredibly responsive and happy to answer all of my questions. He took the time to walk me through the entire process, making sure I understood every step and felt confident in the decisions we were making. One thing that really impressed me was how accurate his material estimate was. There was virtually no waste, which speaks to his experience and professionalism. Joe installed our new hybrid resilient vinyl plank flooring and new baseboards, and the finished result is absolutely beautiful. His craftsmanship, attention to detail, and pride in his work are evident in every room. Joe was dependable, communicative, and treated our home with care throughout the project. It’s not often you find a contractor who combines exceptional workmanship with outstanding customer service, but Joe absolutely does. If you’re considering new flooring, I wholeheartedly recommend Joe and Minnesota Floor Sanding and Installation. We are beyond thrilled with our new floors and wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again!

We had Joe install 2 rooms of new flooring and sand and refinishing our old wood floors. We love how they turned out. Joe's communication was great he was in contact with us all through the process. You can tell Joe takes pride in his work, it shows in his craftsmanship.

Our hardwood floor was in rough shape; we weren’t sure how it would look after refinishing. As luck would have it we ran into Joe at Menards (saw their business on their shirts), exchanged info and a couple weeks later Joe and Levi were at our house working on our floors. They worked hard, explained the process, and showed us several stain samples right on our floor. Anyway, long story short, the end result was amazing and beautiful!! We could not be any happier. Thank you Joe and Levi!!

Joey did a beautiful job on our hardwood floors! The whole experience from our initial consultation to the very last minute of work was very informational and smooth. Joey took the time to answer all of my questions, explained every step of the process, and was very conscientious in allowing me time to make accommodations for my family throughout the process since we were home while the work was done. It's been about 2 months and the floor looks as beautiful as the day he finished the work.

We are very pleased with the restoration Joe did in our old house. His communication is fantastic. We are very impressed with his knowledge of hardwood and his experience. We're very excited to continue with the rest of the hardwood projects needed to be done in our house. We highly recommend MN Floor Sanding & Installation for your projects.

We are very happy with our floors. We thought we would have to put carpet back down but Joe restored the beauty of the hardwood that was covered up for years. You have to see the before and after pictures to realize the transformation he accomplished. Joe took the time to explain in detail what he would do. That is why we felt comfortable using him.

My new floor is a dream come true. These guys were great and easy to work with. I’ll be calling them again in the future.

Went above and beyond to give exceptional service and communication. Offered ideas that would look good in my home. The installation was quick. They were very clean and left my place looking fabulous after. I highly recommend if you are looking for quality flooring done by someone who cares.
